Can HQINS quote every product for every person?
No. Access depends on the product, state, licensing, employer offering, eligibility and distribution channel. HQINS can help identify an appropriate next step.
Is supplemental insurance the same as health insurance?
No. Supplemental policies provide specified additional benefits. They do not replace major medical insurance.
Can I enroll without an employer?
Some product categories have individual options. Aflac lists its individual hospital, short-term disability and supplemental vision products as worksite payroll-only.
Will a calculator tell me what Aflac pays?
No. Our calculators show planning arithmetic using your assumptions. They do not determine benefits, eligibility or premiums.
Are the examples real customer stories?
No. The scenarios are fictional illustrations. They are not testimonials, approved claims or promises of payment.
When would my coverage begin?
Only according to the insurer’s approval, effective-date, payment and policy requirements. Submitting an inquiry or application does not by itself start coverage.
How do I file a claim?
Use the insurer or administrator on your policy. The claims guide links to official Aflac resources. Do not send medical records through this website’s inquiry form.
What happens when I use the inquiry form?
The form prepares an email draft for you to review and send to info@hqins.com. This portable site does not submit or store the inquiry on a server.
Does the website guarantee a price or savings?
No. Premiums and benefits depend on the actual quote and policy. There are no guaranteed savings or approval claims on this site.
Can I keep coverage if I leave my job?
Some policies may continue under their terms. Ask about portability, payment arrangements and deadlines before leaving employment.
